1 - Arrive On Time
All Viewings are allocated 15 minutes slots, so if you are late we cannot guarantee you will be able to view the property.
2 - All Applicants To Attend Viewing
If you are applying for a property with a friend or partner, you will both need to attend the viewing together.
3 - Bring Sharecodes and Passports
We will ask that all applicants bring passports and sharecodes to the viewing in case they want to apply. This speeds up the renting process.
