Before the contemporary glass towers arrived in Manchester this was this type of residential block normally found in the city centre. Tuscany House is a well-build, traditional-style block with large apartments and decent quality fittings. With its curved roof and square uniform windows it's a handsome building too. But the development's biggest selling point is the quiet location. Tucked down a small side street, Tuscany House is in the middle of town but you'd hardly notice. Traffic rarely uses this small street and there are no bars or restaurants in the near vicinity, making this one of the quietest blocks in town
