The Waterfront was one of the first developments in this ever-improving area of east Manchester. Set in large private grounds with lovely views of the Ashton Canal, this is an impressive 6-storey block with an attractive red-brick facade and wide steel balconies. The large private grounds are well-planted and we particularly like the stone walls that surround the block - it`s a nice touch. Apartments at the rear of the block have quiet water views, whilst the ones at the front have bright south-facing views across the Manchester City football ground and towards the city centre. The area is pretty quiet at night and there`s a 24-hr Asda superstore around the corner too
